Role Overview:
As a Children's Support Specialist you'll:
Provide one-to-one and group support to children and young people, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Encourage social, emotional, and educational development in a safe, nurturing environment.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that build confidence, independence, and life skills.
Work closely with families, schools, and colleagues to ensure each child receives the best possible support.

Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Experience working with children or in a care/education role is essential
