Children's Registered Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £56,000 + welcome bonus & benefits
A leading provider of residential care and education is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to run one of its children's homes. This is a chance to make a lasting impact by creating a safe, supportive environment where young people can thrive.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of the home
- Manage and develop a motivated staff team
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations
- Oversee budgets and resources
- Safeguard young people and coordinate multi-agency support
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice
About You
- Proven experience managing children's residential services
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
