Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Salary: £25,500 (Unqualified) / £28,000 (QCF Level 3 qualified)
Sleep-in allowance: £55 per sleep-in
Location: Wellingborough
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our welcoming residential setting.
Responsibilities:
- Care for and support children and young people.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment.
- Assist with daily activities and routines.
- Support emotional and social development.
- Cover up to 7 sleep-ins per month.
Requirements:
- Experience in the children and young people's sector.
- QCF Level 3 qualification or willingness to achieve it.
- Driver's licence and own vehicle.
