Responsibilities
- Managing a broad portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with professionalism and precision
- Placing a wide variety of commercial risks into the insurance market
- Building strong client relationships by offering expert, prompt, and tailored advice
- Liaising with insurer partners to negotiate and secure best-fit policies
- Delivering high levels of customer service, including efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and queries
- Ensuring all client files are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Criteria
- 5+ years of commercial/corporate account handling experience
- Proven ability to manage complex and technical insurance issues
- Strong experience working with clients of various sizes across multiple sectors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in working across multiple communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
- CII qualified (or working towards)
