Job Opportunity: Contracts Administrator (Band 4)
Location: Lurgan
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Contract Duration: Initially for 6 months
Salary: £12.86 P/H
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is excited to offer a position for a Contracts Administrator within the NHS. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals eager to enhance healthcare procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing contract documentation for procurement and payments.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate with external contractors regarding service contracts.
- Prepare tender documents and collect historical data.
- Support tender assessment criteria and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and familiar with computer systems/databases.
- Educational Background:
- HNC/HND or equivalent + 1 year at Band 3 level, OR
- 4 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths + 2 years at Band 3 level, OR
- 3 years at Band 3 level.
Driving License: Current full UK driving license and access to a car.
