Court Support Officer - Bulford, Salisbury
Full-time | Temporary | £14.48 per hour | 37 hours per week

Our public sector client in Bulford, Salisbury is seeking a motivated and professional Support Officer to join their Court Team. This is a full-time 37 hour a week, short-term temporary assignment. This role is fully onsite.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

As a key member of the team, you'll provide support and utilise your organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of the court process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging travel and accommodation for witnesses
  • Ordering refreshments for those involved in ongoing court cases, including witnesses and jury
  • Meet and greet witnesses and answer any queries they may have
  • Providing administration support where necessary

About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and administration. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 12 months' experience in customer service and administration roles.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You may have to liaise with vulnerable people, so sensitivity is crucial.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
  • The ability to work effectively within a diverse structured, team-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements

  • A clear DBS check and three years of employment referencing are required prior to appointment.
