Customer Service / Administrator
Location: Harrow, HA3 | Salary: £28,000 | Permanent, Full-Time
Brook Street is seeking a Customer Service / Administrator to join our client's growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, delivers excellent customer service, and ideally has a technical or repairs background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Book and schedule jobs for engineers
- Monitor engineer performance and follow up on tasks
- Raise PO's, invoices, and run reports
- Manage compliance, diaries, and CRM tasks
- Escalate issues and follow complaints process
- Participate in on-call rota (1 week in 7) and one Saturday in seven
Requirements:
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (essential)
- 1 year + customer service experience
- Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
- Experience in repairs planning, diary management, and customer communications
Working Hours:
- Oct-Mar: Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00
- Apr-Sep: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
