Looking for a proactive Customer Services Administrator to join our UK team on a 3 month temporary basis.
This role will be 37 per week with ½ hr lunches 1 week and 1 hour lunches the next allowing for an early Friday finish on a rota
In this role, you'll handle sales orders, quotations, customer enquiries, returns, and general office administration, helping us deliver excellent service to our customers.
What you'll do:
Process sales orders, quotations, and returns
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Maintain accurate records and support reporting
Assist with reception, office organisation, and other administrative tasks
What we're looking for:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
A proactive team player who can work independently
