Brook Street is proud to be partnering with a well-established logistics company in Mallusk, currently seeking a Customs Agent.

As part of the Imports & Customs team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant movement of freight. Your responsibilities will include:

• Submitting customs entries (CDS & TSS) accurately and on time
• Ensuring customs processes meet regulatory standards
• Handling client communications and maintaining excellent service
• Managing documentation, systems, and post-entry reviews
• Escalating issues as needed to the Customs Supervisor

Criteria

• 6-12 months experience in customs, logistics, or a similar environment
• Strong IT skills (Excel & Word)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Education to A-Level preferred (minimum GCSE Maths & English)
