About the Role
We are seeking a Resourcing Officer to join our People Group in London. This role plays a key part in delivering effective recruitment services across the MoJ, supporting a variety of resourcing campaigns - from end-to-end recruitment to large-scale and ad-hoc projects.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues and business areas, helping to plan, coordinate, and evaluate recruitment activity while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Delivery and Project Leads with the planning and delivery of recruitment campaigns. 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MoJ business areas (e.g. Prisons, Probation, Courts). 
- Produce and analyse recruitment reports to identify trends and inform decision-making. 
- Coordinate key recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. 
- Liaise with HR service providers and manage purchase orders for recruitment-related services. 
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment checks and follow-up HR processes. 
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Recruitment Marketing and Learning & Development. 
- Maintain regular engagement with candidates to improve retention and reduce time-to-hire. 
- Share knowledge, promote best practice, and contribute to continuous improvement.
