• Connect with people sleeping rough through regular outreach (including evenings/weekends).

• Carry out assessments and co-create tailored support plans.

What We're Looking For

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Experience working with vulnerable adults, especially those with complex needs.
