Based in North Manchester an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenant Management Housing Manager
This role requires a strong candidate.
Your key responsibilities involve managing relationships between outside public sector organisations, ensuring the association provides an excellent efficient service to tenants.
You will need to have proven background working with the Council and previous experience in lettings and you will be someone who knows the Council`s policies- this is essential. Also if you have experience with anti social and difficult tenants would be beneficial.
This role requires administration of salaries and other HR related issues of internal Housing Association Tenants and for you to assist the internal Board of Directors with policies and procedures.
Salary is up to £30,000 working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, office based and free parking - client will consider 8am - 4pm depending on circumstances
