HSEQ Co-ordinator - Nairn, UK
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff across the business to ensure the effective implementation of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) management systems in accordance with ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 9001.
- Manage and oversee a comprehensive programme of process monitoring and inspections, both in the office and on-site.
- Engage and promote a high level of awareness and participation in HSEQ matters among all team members.
- Work closely with the wider management team to ensure operational safety and regulatory compliance.
- Administer issue and incident reporting processes, coordinating timely responses and follow-up actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in implementing and managing HSEQ procedures within a workplace environment.
- Recognised certification in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is highly desirable.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with a confident and collaborative working style.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience working in construction or related industries is advantageous.
- Access to a company vehicle for commuting and business purposes upon successful completion of probation.
This is a full time, permanent role, based in Nairn.
