IT Factory Projects Coordinator - Ballymena


£30,000+ (DOE) | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | 30 Days Holiday | Private Healthcare | PRP Scheme

Brook Street Recruitment is partnering with a leading precast concrete manufacturer in Ballymena seeking an experienced IT Factory Projects Coordinator to drive the next phase of their ERP system rollout.

This key role focuses on implementing Infor's Factory Track across shop floor, stores, and quality functions-enhancing digital processes, data visibility, and operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Factory Track implementation across production areas.
  • Optimise system workflows and document modifications for improved performance.
  • Design and deploy BarTender product labels and time-tracking features.
  • Test systems, configure terminals, and manage user setup and training.
  • Support managers in analysing data for performance insights.
  • Develop real-time factory dashboards and visual data tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement and manage related IT projects (e.g. serial tracking, Warehouse Mobility).


About You

  • Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Logical understanding of databases and software tables.
  • Excellent problem-solving, training, and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
