Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in South Belfast to recruit an experienced Legal Litigation Secretary to join their busy practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a long-term role within a supportive and friendly firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in litigation and family law
- Draft, prepare, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
- Handle client communication with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain, organise, and update case files (both electronic and paper-based)
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings
- Carry out general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the practice
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year's experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation and family law (essential)
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal processes
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
