Brook Street is working with a growing client in the Automotive industry that is seeking a Service Advisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
Main duties:
- To deal with customer requirements for service and repairs.
- To manage handover of customer vehicles.
- To deal with parts & service enquiries.
- To upsell where possible.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
Interested in Cars/Motor trade
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
