My client, a leading global fintech company, is looking for an Origination Associate to support them with day to day customer service and sales activity.

Salary: £40,00 p.a.

Contract Type: Temporary 2 months - successful candidates will be taken on permanently

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London (Bank Station)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Days: 5 days in office for first 2/3 weeks, then hybrid working

Your Role:

As an Origination Associate, you will spearhead efforts in identifying and engaging potential acquisition targets for our esteemed clients, including Private Equity firms and Corporate M&A teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating contact with company CEOs to introduce clients and M&A opportunities.
• Assisting Client Directors in providing top-tier service to client portfolio.
• Building rapport and effectively communicating with C-suite executives.
• Enriching the database with valuable insights gleaned from conversations.
• Collaborating with the Sales Team to expand our network.
• Contributing ideas for process improvement and organisational enhancement.

Your Background:

We're seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales / customer services or similar roles (minimum 3 years).
• Finance background is preferred but not essential
• Ability to understand customer needs and ask relevant questions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a knack for overcoming challenges.
• Curiosity, resilience, and self-motivation are essential traits.
