Role Overview
Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £29,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £40,000+ realistic earnings
Type: Permanent, full-time, office-based
Start Date: 12th January
Hours:
- Mon-Thu: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Fri: 8:30am-4:00pm
- No weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2B across UK industries)
- Sell, cross-sell, and upsell company products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by sales and achieving targets
- Previous outbound telesales experience required
- Resilient, driven, and adaptable
- Works well in a fast-paced sales environment
