Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Private Client Solicitor - a candidate who is experienced in Wills & Probate
For this role you will report directly to senior management you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing files, wills & probate, advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, drafting deeds, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure that all clients are kept properly informed throughout each stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate legal documents for property transactions
- Conduct title searches and review property records
- Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
- Manage caseloads of conveyancing files, wills, and probate
- Advise clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
- Work closely with other team members to keep clients informed
Experience and qualifications
- 2-5 years PQE
- Experienced in Conveyancing
- Experience in Wills & Probate
