Job description
Brook Street Recruitment are looking for a property viewer carry out viewings on student properties for our busy rental period. You will need to be flexible, organised and most of all friendly. The position would suit a recent University graduate with experience of renting a shared student property and someone with viewing/housing experience and good knowledge of the Southampton area.
The main role will involve meeting with a group of students at a pre-arranged time and location, showing them around 3 or 4 properties within an hour and answering any questions they may have about the properties, our company and the rental process.
Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm
Saturdays 2 out of the 4, 11 - 5pm
Viewing period is 8th November - 2nd December.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications and
experience:
Full and clean driving licence (pool car available)
University graduate
Experience of renting shared student accommodation in the private sector
Good knowledge of the Southampton area
Previous experience of conducting viewings
Physically fit (as the role involves a lot of walking around)
