Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Dargan Crescent who have an immediate opening for a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
They want someone for an immediately start and are looking for an organised and reliable individual to take charge of managing purchase invoices, matching goods-in delivery notes, and handling daily finance administration tasks. You'll play a key role in keeping accounts accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities:
Process and reconcile purchase invoices.
Match invoices to goods-in delivery notes.
Assist with daily finance and administration tasks.
Support month-end procedures and payments.
About you:
Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
