We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Temporary Receptionist/Admin to support our team during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask with ease, and can quickly adapt to new environments.

Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Manage incoming and outgoing post
Maintain reception and communal areas to a high standard
Assist with general administrative tasks
Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as required
Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
About You
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Able to start at short notice
