About the Role
As an Adhoc Receptionist, you will deliver a five-star front of house experience from the moment someone enters the building to the moment they leave. You will act as the face of the building, ensuring all visitors, staff and guests receive a warm, professional and seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a polished and professional reception service at all times
Welcome and assist visitors, staff and VIPs in a warm and confident manner
Manage reception duties including sign-in, passes, and general enquiries
Maintain a branded, professional image that reflects the high standards of the building
Support reception management and ensure a smooth, efficient front-of-house experience
Work in line with site procedures, security protocols, and service standards
Contribute to a "one team" approach across all front-of-house services
What We're Looking For
Previous reception or front-of-house experience (corporate or hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident, well-presented and able to represent a high-profile brand
Flexible and able to work on an adhoc basis
Reliable, professional and able to remain calm in a busy environment
Hours
