We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Bridgend. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance in a child-centred environment.
You'll support young people with complex needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and prepare for brighter futures.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards
- Lead staff recruitment, supervision, and development
- Oversee care planning, placement reviews, and transition plans
- Manage budgets, rotas, and operational compliance
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Drive continuous improvement and service development
What We're Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
