Residential Support Worker (Young Adults - Complex Needs) - Meldreth, near Royston
Essential requirements: You must have the legal right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is NOT available. Enhanced DBS required. Able to work rotating shifts.
- Location: Meldreth (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border)
- Hours: Full‑time (40 hrs) and part‑time (min. 24 hrs)
- Pay: £12.37-£13.49 per hour + £1,500 welcome bonus

Your day-to-day
- Provide personal care and daily living support with compassion and dignity.
- Assist with therapies (e.g., hydrotherapy, rebound therapy) and health‑related routines.
- Enable meaningful activities: creative sessions, enterprise projects, and community outings.
- Promote communication, autonomy and safety at all times.
What you'll bring
- Caring, reliable and proactive approach; great communication and teamwork.
- Experience in social care, SEN/PMLD or complex needs is welcome; full training provided.
- Commitment to completing a funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
