About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in a children's residential setting. This role focuses on supporting young people with challenging behaviours in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and individual care plans.
- Promote education, independence, and positive outcomes for young people.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience working with children and young people, ideally in a residential or challenging behaviour environment.
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
- Driving licence preferred.
- MIT: No personal care required.
