Position: Full-Time Temporary Senior Administration officer
Contract: initially until end of Nov 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week - Hybrid working may be offered
Location: Cheadle Avenue, Liverpool
Hourly Rate: £13.51 per hour
Job Description:
A dedicated Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) is needed to provide the leadership and systems management needed to develop and underpin the successful expansion of a pilot scheme initially across Merseyside and thereafter the wider region.
This role would report directly to the Lead Manager, and the role will initially:
- Develop and enhance existing referral systems (MS Forms and Lists)
- Build in an automated process (MS Forms and Lists) to identify when an outcome is reached (for individual referral types).
- Action the sending of individual survey forms to People on Probation, in a timely manner to the Person on Probation and collating feedback to highlight areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Provide a monthly detailed survey report for each PDU to ORH Manager.
- Play a crucial role in collating, monitoring, and reporting usage and effectiveness data in current sites and during the rollout period, and thereafter the wider region.
- Recruit, train and line manage any further case administrators (as required) to embed these processes across all PDUs when further rollout occurs and provide consistent and operational support across all PDUs.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience of tracking data and reporting of information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
