Job description
We're looking for an experienced Solderer to join our client's production team. You'll be working across a range of products, focusing on high-quality soldering of printed circuit boards (PCBAs) and supporting general assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Soldering PCBAs to a high standard
Cable loom and mechanical assembly
Machine operation and software replication
Kit building and packing
Meeting hourly output targets
Supporting LEAN manufacturing initiatives
Maintaining a clean, organised work space
What We're Looking For
Proven experience soldering PCBAs
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work to process
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
PC literacy (ECDL or equivalent desirable)
