Many of the children we support have experienced significant trauma, including neglect, abuse, exploitation, or disrupted attachments.
You'll be working within specialist residential homes that are closely supported by our specialist schools and colleges. These settings are designed to meet the needs of a discrete cohort of young people who require consistent, structured, and compassionate support. Your role will be central to helping them feel safe, understood, and able to progress emotionally, socially, and educationally.
