Support Workers - Wiltshire (£13 per hour)

Supporting adults & young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs

Are you someone who believes everyone deserves the chance to live a full, confident, and independent life? We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our team in Wiltshire, supporting people in their own homes and out in the community.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a meaningful part in helping adults and young people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and those with mental health needs to live the life they choose. Every day brings something different. You might be:

  • Supporting someone to build daily living skills at home

  • Helping them access the community, from shopping trips to social groups

  • Encouraging new hobbies, activities, and personal goals

  • Providing emotional reassurance and practical support

  • Promoting independence, wellbeing, and confidence

  • Working alongside families, professionals, and your team to deliver person‑centred care

Whether it's a walk to the park, attending college, learning to cook, or developing new routines, your support helps people grow, thrive, and feel valued.

Pay & Hours

  • £13 per hour

  • Flexible shifts available (including some evenings or weekends)

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous care experience-just kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Full training is provided, and we welcome people from all backgrounds.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • Compassionate and respectful

  • A good communicator

  • Calm under pressure

  • Able to work flexibly

  • Motivated to help people live independently

What We Offer

  • Full training and ongoing development

  • Opportunities to gain recognised qualifications

  • Supportive, friendly team environment

  • Paid DBS

  • Employee wellbeing support

  • Pension scheme

  • Mileage and travel support (where applicable)

Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a service that puts people first-supporting individuals to live safely, confidently, and with dignity. Your work will have a real impact every single day.
