We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our small registered service supporting two clients. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centred day-to-day support to help clients maintain their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general day-to-day support within the service
Maintaining a safe, tidy living environment
Offering emotional support and reassurance
Supporting clients to engage in activities within the service and the community
Carrying out welfare checks and monitoring wellbeing
Prompting and supporting with personal care routines and appointments
Recording accurate daily notes, observations, and relevant documentation in line with CQC requirements
Personal Care
Limited personal care required
Occasional support with showering
What We're Looking For
A caring, patient, and respectful individual
Good communication and observation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliable, organised, and able to maintain clear records
Experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
Essential Requirements
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding practices
