Role: Team Leader x2
Location: Blackpool
Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off
Salary: £24,570 - £26,390, plus £53 per sleep - avg 10 sleeps per month.

We are seeking Team Leaders to join the team within a 1 or 2 bedded home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Essential requirements for a Team Leader:
- A minimum 18 months experience in a children's residential care home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
- Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
