Role: Team Leader - Children and Young People
Location: Kirkham, Preston
Salary: £30,115.80, rising to £31,168.80 after probation
Shifts: 1 on 2 off plus sleeps - £65 per sleep

Our client is a growing social care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care across children's residential homes in Preston. With two homes currently open and plans to expand further, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to creating safe, nurturing environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supervising care teams to deliver outstanding support to children and young people.
- Ensuring care plans are followed and tailored to individual needs.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
- Managing daily operations, including shift planning and team coordination.
- Supporting the well being and development of young people in your care.
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Participating in staff training and development initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- A genuine passion for caring and supporting children and young people.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Flexibility to work on a 1 on 2 off shift pattern, including sleeps (£65 per sleep).
