Telemarketer
Brook Street are looking for a telemarketer to join a fantastic organisation. This role is a full time, permanent role at 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday with an early finish every other Friday. Experience in a customer service role is essential.
What will you do as Telemarketer?
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists
- Strategically assess customer needs and qualify leads accordingly
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Stay updated on our clients' products/services and industry trends
- Engage customers with enthusiasm, showcasing our clients' offerings
- Schedule appointments for our clients' sales team with interested customers
- Collaborate with the team and clients to achieve campaign goals
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse range of people in various industries
- Familiarisation with CRM software and other relevant tools
