Our client, a renowned City Broker, has a new opportunity for a US Casualty Claims Manager, who will be responsible for the handling of claims emanating from the US Casualty division-cradle to grave!
THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE LONDON CITY OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK

Your main objective is to oversee and manage the operation of claims for the US Casualty division in London, actively helping to maximise new business opportunities and achieve a high retention rate on existing accounts through expert knowledge and support.
You will provide technical support, liaising with colleagues and 3rd parties to deliver an effective and speedy claims administration and settlement service to clients. Additionally you will act as point of contact and take full accountability for all US Casualty claims, representing the group to clients, underwriters, brokers, agents and others as appropriate.
Your soft skills will be in equal measure to your technical skills, with strong communication skills, your ability to work collaboratively and manage your own workload being key!
Your US Casualty Claims experience should be demonstrated clearly on your CV along with strong MS Office skills and numeric capability.
There are no direct reports in this role and there will be some element of travel on occasion
