Role: Account Manager
Location: Hawkhurst, Kent (must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle due to rural location of office)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Fully Office-Based
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
We're working with a well-established, growing company that's looking for a Sales Account Manager to take ownership of their client relationships, helping to strengthen existing accounts and identify new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts
- Being the main point of contact, ensuring clients are supported and satisfied
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects successfully
- Providing updates on account performance and insights to support client decisions
- Keeping up to date with industry trends to offer relevant advice
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage.
