  • Minimum 1 office-based shift per week (more depending on service needs)
  • Includes weekends and sleep-ins
  • Participation in on-call rota (weekdays & weekends)

Sleep-in earnings (approx. per annum):

  • 9 sleeps = £8,190
  • 8 sleeps = £7,280
  • 7 sleeps = £6,370

Requirements

Essential:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Experience within children's residential care
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations

  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Previous Deputy Manager or Senior experience
