Civils Sales Manager - Ballymena

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Ballymena who are currently seeking an experienced Civils Sales Manager to lead their Civil Sales team, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a forward-thinking manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Civil Sales team to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bids, and tenders for civil projects.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Quality, Logistics) to meet customer needs.
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic business goals.
- Deputise for the Head of Sales & Marketing when required.
About You
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ year's experience managing sales teams in civil engineering or construction.
- Strong estimating and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto-CAD.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
