Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a field-based Dispute Resolution Officer to join our team. (BIRMINGHAM BASED B65)

In this role, you will meet customers face-to-face to resolve queries and complaints, negotiate solutions, and maintain strong business relationships. You'll manage your own diary, visiting customers who are difficult to reach remotely, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while protecting the company's commercial position.

You'll need to be confident making on-the-spot decisions, with a calm and professional approach to problem-solving. Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills are essential, along with experience using CRM systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer relations, complaint resolution, and negotiation
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and IT skills
  • Good geographical knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas
  • Full UK driving licence (company car provided)

Details:

  • Full-time | £29,000 per year
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (flexibility required)
