Solicitor - Conveyancing Specialist - Inverness, UK

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Draft and review legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies at all stages of the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines effectively to deliver timely service.
- Support the development of the firm's conveyancing services through excellent client care and professional integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (NQE) specialising in conveyancing law.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle a varied workload efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client care with empathy and professionalism.
- Confident in working independently as well as part of a team.
- Legal qualification as a Solicitor in the UK.
- Technical proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools.
- Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in property law.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
