Join a dynamic team delivering outstanding customer service! As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for customers, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll work closely with colleagues both in the office and remotely to provide solutions, resolve issues swiftly, and create a seamless experience at every touch point.
This is a temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role will be 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
What You'll Do:
Schedule internal and field appointments.
Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other channels.
Provide basic technical support and escalate issues appropriately.
Keep customers informed on progress and resolve recurring queries quickly.
Handle administrative tasks including invoices, worksheets, and contract bookings.
Support special projects and contribute to process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in end-to-end customer service (business or consumer).
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Empathy, patience, and reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Comfortable with technology and multitasking.
