Job description

Join a dynamic team delivering outstanding customer service! As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for customers, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll work closely with colleagues both in the office and remotely to provide solutions, resolve issues swiftly, and create a seamless experience at every touch point.

This is a temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role will be 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule internal and field appointments.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other channels.

  • Provide basic technical support and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Keep customers informed on progress and resolve recurring queries quickly.

  • Handle administrative tasks including invoices, worksheets, and contract bookings.

  • Support special projects and contribute to process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in end-to-end customer service (business or consumer).

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Empathy, patience, and reliability.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

  • Comfortable with technology and multitasking.
