Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week)
Pay rate: £13.37 per hour
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary (3-4 months initially, with potential to extend)

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Resolutions Administrator to join the Customer Resolutions team at a large, well‑established automotive organisation based in Milton Keynes.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a busy, customer‑focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting customers and the wider business by managing enquiries efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and manage customer enquiries received through shared email inboxes
  • Respond to ticketed customer emails, providing clear and timely resolutions
  • Escalate enquiries to relevant Customer Resolution handlers when required
  • Upload and log key information accurately onto internal databases
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous administrative experience within a customer‑focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team‑focused approach with strong attention to detail

Pay Rates

  • £13.37 per hour (standard rate)
