Customer Sales Advisor - Remote & Hybrid Options (UK Mainland Only)
Salary: £22,865 plus average bonus earning potential of £3,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours over a 4-day week, Sunday - Wednesday between the hours of 8am-8pm, 2x 8.5 hours & 2x 9 hours shifts.
Start date: 30th June 2025

Right now, we're recruiting Inbound Customer Sales Advisors for a role that offers great work life balance, working from home and comprehensive training: (4 weeks & 2 days, with 8am starts throughout training).

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Inbound team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have a wide range of issues such as billing queries, quotes or account changes etc. Day-to-day, you'll build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first and use your sales and communication skills to upsell products.

• 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
• A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills with a love for hitting targets
• Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
