French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £27,300 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Between 7:00am - 6:15pm, Monday-Sunday
Location: Liverpool until December then Manchester

  • Interview: Interview in person at Liverpool office
  • Initial training: Fully onsite
  • After training: Hybrid with 3 days per week on site. (Office moving to Manchester in December)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and personable French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple communication channels, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting and enhancing the brand's reputation for a new luxurious automotive brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and wants to grow within a supportive, professional environment. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high quality experience to customers
  • Develop an exceptional understanding of a rand of vehicles and services so you can provide the ultimate service to every customer, ensuring their experience goes "beyond the car"
  • Handle all customer interactions in a prompt professional manner through a variety of communication channels
  • Engage with customers to gain a full personal understanding of their requirements in line with quality standards
  • Build professional relationships with a network of dealers
  • Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
  • Identify any service related issue, incidents or trends and highlight and escalate issues as necessary

Skills & Attributes

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in a high end customer service environment
  • Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work across multiple channels and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
  • Flexibility in hours of work/shift patterns
