Deputy Manager
Location: Yardley, Birmingham
Salary: £32,000 plus overtime opportunities
Hours: Full-time with shared on-call duties

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and service delivery within a small residential setting for children and young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage staff performance and training.
- Effectively lead a team and deputise in the absence of the registered manager.
- Contribute to strategic planning.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Senior support worker, team leader or deputy manager experience within an OFSTED registered setting.
- Strong team leading experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NVQ level 3 in children and young people's service.
- Flexibility to share the on-call rota.
