Dual Registered Manager - Children's Residential Care

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready for your next challenge? We are working in partnership with a well-established children's residential care provider to recruit a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two small, nurturing homes in Warrington.

About the Role
As Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of two homes:
- One 1-bedded home
- One 2-bedded home
Both services are designed to provide safe, supportive, and therapeutic environments for children with complex needs.
You will ensure both homes meet and exceed regulatory standards, while leading and inspiring your teams to deliver outstanding care.
What's on Offer
- Salary: £60,000 per annum
- Ofsted Bonus: Up to £6,000 (based on achieving Outstanding ratings across both homes)
- Signing Bonus:
- £1,000 after successful completion of 3 months
- £2,000 after successful completion of 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and management across both homes
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
- Drive high standards of care and positive outcomes for young people
- Lead, develop, and motivate staff teams
- Manage budgets, resources, and overall service performance
- Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities
About You
- Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care
- Proven track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted outcomes
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
