Brook Street Recruitment is teaming up with a dynamic Belfast-based client who's on the hunt for a sharp, savvy Financial Services Administrator to jump aboard their expanding team. If you love financial service - managing admin and enjoy keeping things shipshape, and thrive in a fast-paced financial services / wealth management environment, this could be your next big adventure!
What You'll Be Up To:
- Be the go-to wizard for admin and client relationship magic within the Wealth Management & Financial Advisory squad.
- Process client instructions with ninja-like precision and speed, all while playing by the company's UK AML rulebook.
- Team up with Financial Advisers and management to keep everything running smoothly and compliantly.
- Keep client records sparkling and up to date in internal systems.
- Chat regularly with Client Services, Paraplanning, and back-office teams to keep queries on point.
- Collaborate with the wider gang to make sure client meeting actions are nailed and clients get top-notch service.
- Help maintain and grow client relationships alongside Financial Advisers and fellow admin heroes.
- Handle general admin duties that keep the Wealth Management and Financial Advisory engines humming.
- Partner with the Compliance Officer and consultants to keep the firm squeaky clean and compliant.
What You Bring to the Party:
