Head of Business Development - Adult Services

Location: Hybrid (Midlands/Leicestershire/Derbyshire)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Full UK Driving Licence Essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Build partnerships with Registered Providers.
  • Lead housing development projects.
  • Innovate new service models.
  • Manage referral strategies.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent us at industry events.
  • Align business development with operational capabilities.
  • Manage budgets for growth initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs for data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in business development within Adult Social Care.
  • Proven success with Local Authorities and healthcare commissioners.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and business planning skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Experience with Registered Providers, Housing Associations, and Developers.
  • Solid commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of social care commissioning structures.
  • Degree in business or related field.
