Interim CQC Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities & Mental Health ( 3 Months)

Location: Birmingham - Billesley and Selly Oak
Salary: £40,300 (pro rata)
Contract: 3-Month Temporary Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership across two small residential services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and behaviours that challenge.

This is a 3-month assignment supporting operational oversight, regulatory compliance, and service stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight across two residential services
    * Ensure services remain compliant with CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
    * Support and supervise staff teams to maintain high-quality care
    * Monitor service performance, quality and operational standards
    * Work closely with senior leadership to ensure continuity of care
    * Maintain positive relationships with families, professionals and commissioners

Requirements

  • Experience managing Learning Disability and/or Mental Health services
    * Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
    * Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
    * Experience leading and supporting care teams
    * Level 4/5 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
    * Full UK driving licence or ability to travel
