Operations Administrator

📍 Location: SS13
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
🍽 Lunch: 1 hour unpaid
💰 Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
🏖 Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. This is a key role within the business, providing administrative, coordination, and process support to ensure orders, deliveries, and installations run efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update delivery schedules and order information using Google Sheets

  • Act as the main point of contact for direct supplier deliveries, resolving any issues that arise

  • Record and track action points from weekly Operations Meetings

  • Issue end-of-day invoicing to the Accounts team in line with required cut-off times

  • Book standard deliveries and installation appointments with clients

  • Prepare and organise paperwork for fitters and installation teams

  • Handle general administrative customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and installations

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or similar)

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
